When can you install? (toilet bowls / wash basins)
Once your order is confirmed, we can typically arrange for an installation slot 2-5 working days later. As some time is required to check products and arrange for delivery (bulky item), we are generally unable to install on the same day of order confirmation.
What are your payment terms?
For sanitary ware orders, we would require a 50% deposit via PayNow to confirm your order prior to arranging for delivery & installation. The balance payment can be made when the products are installed.
For plumbing issues, do you provide on-site inspections/visits for a quote?
For most issues, we are able to provide a price quote via Whatsapp and arrange for works to be done upon mutual agreement. For complex issues that require on-site inspections, we charge a transport fee of $30 (which can be waived if you decide to take up our services).
What if my plumbing issues are not resolved (choke not cleared)?
For floor trap/toilet bowl clog issues, we provide a quote based on manual/machine clearing. In the rare event that our plumbers did not manage to resolve your issue / clear the choke, no payment is required.
